The ceremony and Reception both will be held at the Woodlands Golf Course in Alton IL. The ceremony will be held at the Barn. The reception will take place indoors on the same property, and we will have transportation for guests who need it!

The ceremony starts promptly at 4:00, so we recommend our guests to arrive about 45 minutes early to ensure everyone has arrived and has been seated before the ceremony begins!

Yes, there is complimentary guest parking, there is a lower lot and an upper lot. We will have golf carts to escort guests from the parking lot to the ceremony space as well as the reception!

Yes, we will be having a cash bar during the reception. However, we do NOT want anyone drinking and driving. Our venue agrees to allow guests to leave their vehicles overnight if need be. However, they MUST be picked up by the next morning at 12:00 (noon). We recommend using ride-share apps for transportation if you plan on drinking! Otherwise please know who your DD is ahead of time!

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity at our venue, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. All invited members of your party will appear in the RSVP form. We look forward to celebrating with our closest friends and family!

Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone's children at our wedding. This pertains to children of all ages including infants, toddlers, kids, and teens. Please refer to the RSVP tab to see if we were able to accomodate your children. If we are unable to invite your children, we hope you see this as an opportunity to take the night off and enjoy the party with us!
